1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Naga15 ("Naga15", "the Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at naga15.asia ("the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, content, features, and functionality offered through the Platform.

By creating a player account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player profile created by you on the Platform through which you access all products and services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by Naga15 under specific promotional terms.
• "Platform" means the naga15.asia website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, services, and features accessible therein.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under applicable regulations and our internal compliance framework.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions defined in Section 9 of this Agreement as constituting misuse of the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a formal request by a Player to restrict or terminate their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Naga15 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Naga15 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 for all Account holders, consistent with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
2. You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a Naga15 employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted by Company management.
4. You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme administered by Naga15 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme to which Naga15 subscribes.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You further warrant that you are not prohibited from participating in online gambling under any applicable laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian players should provide their current address including city such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, or Petaling Jaya as applicable), valid email address, and contact number. All fields must be completed truthfully. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Naga15 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify Naga15 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Naga15 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, subject always to our obligations where the breach is attributable to our negligence.

5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Naga15 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to provide documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g. bank statement, utility bill).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. bank statement confirming Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or other account in your name).
• Source of funds declaration where cumulative deposits exceed prescribed thresholds.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and wagering privileges. Naga15 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents submitted are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Naga15 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment channels including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your Account Balance upon successful processing.

Naga15 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be frozen and returned pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your Account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–60 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions.
• Naga15 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt and may be subject to minor fluctuations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Naga15 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section 7. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited solely to eligible player Accounts as defined by each promotion's eligibility criteria.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates are published per promotion.
• The standard maximum bet amount while a bonus is active is RM 250 per bet or spin, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed above this threshold during active bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated in each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements upon expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Naga15 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Naga15 employs active monitoring to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedge bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, using automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the matter referred for further investigation.

8 Betting Rules & Wagers

All wagers placed on the Naga15 Platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules published within each game or sports betting market. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Naga15 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except where expressly provided for in specific product rules or where an obvious system error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error, network disruption, or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a wager or game outcome, Naga15 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation constitute the agreed terms of the wager.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per product category. These limits are published within each product section of the Platform.
• Naga15 reserves the right to limit the stakes available on any account where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity contrary to the spirit of recreational wagering.

For sports betting, results and settlements are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body. For live football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international competitions — in-play results are determined by official referee decisions, including VAR rulings where applicable.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Naga15 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with the support team.
• Allowing or facilitating account access by underage individuals.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting resolution through Naga15's customer support channels.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Naga15 Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, brand names, game interfaces, software, text, layout, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Naga15 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Naga15. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naga15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from technical failures, system downtime, or payment processing delays that are beyond Naga15's reasonable control.

Naga15's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gambling

Naga15 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered players, accessible at any time through account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you may lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a set duration of play and configure mandatory breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account. Temporary exclusions are available from 1 to 90 days; permanent exclusions are irreversible without a mandatory 6-month reinstatement process.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen prompts at set intervals displaying your session duration and net result.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Naga15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Insolvency, bankruptcy, or equivalent proceedings affecting the Account holder.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, Naga15 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to seek recovery of any losses suffered.

14 Amendments

Naga15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Naga15 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of being raised in writing, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as specified by applicable law. Naga15's decision on matters relating to bet settlements and game outcomes is final, subject always to any applicable regulatory oversight framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prejudice Naga15's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in respect of any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.
